Tohatsu standard spring series.

1. Features.

“Powerful spring” and “High deflection powerful spring” are unlikely to the conventional circle type, using deformed cross section material and Tohatsu is the first organization to standardized the subject product in Japan. By using deformed cross section material we have contributed to miniaturization of metal molding in Japan.
“LR, MR” spring are developed for the multiple and various usage.

2. Types, material and allowable temperature limit

Tohatsu standard springs series are made from 3 series of “Powerful spring”, “High deflection powerful spring” and “LR、MR circle type coil spring” anion electrodepositing coating (except “LR, MR”) are colored for easy identification of the springs.
Using Silicon chrome SiCr (except “LR, MR”) for excellent capability for the high applicability, amplitude, heat proof.

3. Manufacturing and inspection

Tohatsu standard springs series are manufactured under the strict process management and products are constantly going through heavy weariness test for safety by the consumers.
